Educational Qualification:

Dredging cum Marine Engineer	Possess a certificate of competency as a Second Class Engineer of a steamship, issued by the Government of India
General Manager (Business Development)	Any Graduate, preference MBA (Marketing)/ PG/PG Diploma in Business  Administration
General Manager(Finance)	Membership of the institute of Chartered Accountants
General Manager(Public Private Partnership)	B.E./B.Tech in any discipline with MBA With 5-10 years of post qualification experience with at least 2 years of experience should be on managing/handling a PPP project
Marine Engineer	Possess a certificate of competency as a Second Class Engineer of a steamship or a motor vessel issued by the Government of India or a certificate which has been declared to be its equivalent
Nautical Surveyor	Candidate should possess a Certificate of Competency as a Master on a foreign going vessel of unlimited capacity issued by Government of India.
Naval Architect	Candidate should possess a Degree in B.Tech
Public Relations Officer	Should be graduate of any faculty with at least higher second class

Age Limitation:

Age Limitation of the candidates for the post of Naval Architect and Nautical Surveyor should be 45 years

And for the rest posts age limit of the job hunters should not be more then 40 years.
